These people will not answer the phone or return a call. I have auto pay set up on my account and they can’t seem to run the payment. I get a nasty email every month about the late payment. I call the number provided and they are no help. They say I have to call the location and they try to transfer me and no one answers. They put in a request to have them call me but no one calls.

Ericia was a tremendous help when I went in and didn’t know what I needed. I highly recommend for your storage needs. Thank you.
