Fielded another phone call. I am very happy I stopped by. Stopped by after picking something up from my unit. Saw a new merchandise display so I bought a mattress cover. Thanks again .Gates is currently down but when I asked Russ about it he told me the have sent bids to corporate. The hurricane beat up valdosta bad. At Storage rentals of america looks like mostly cosmetic damage. The staff here working the day after the storm. No power ... thank you for all u do. I met another member of the team. DM Jimmy , nice guy. Very helpful and was involved in a conversation with the PM outside about more improvements. Keep up the amazing work.

I came in I could Russ recognized me right away. He was professional and never asked for a autograph or a picture it was refreshing to be treated like a person. I may store here but still looking for the best option for me. Not sure where I will be in a few weeks have to be loose. Russ offered to make a reservation and showed me a 10x20 and a parking space. We were looking for a unit for our not for profit group. I must say seeing Russ and Leo was great professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Thank you for your help. We will be making a decision soon on were we will store our stuff for our organization. I wanted to say thank you again for all the help you gave us. Amazing people. My only complaint is the gates are down and have been for a bit. The hurricane I think truly killed beyond repair may have to replace. May be headed back to GA if I am i am using this facility again.

The facility is a little older but well maintained by the staff. PM is professional and knowledgeable. Recommending this location to everyone they are filling up fast. They just hired a new guy Leo he is funny and professional. Still learning the ropes. Have to update. Since the arrival of Leo, Russ is able to concentrate efforts in approving the overall look of the office I caught him spring cleaning the 'break area'. And the showroom. Keep up the great work guys. The guys are always cleaning something. I see Leo fixing things throwing things away, cutting up furniture people have left behind. Russ greets you everything you walk in the office.

Not a big deal the gates are broke so be patient with the staff. They are working to find someone to come out and fix it . I stopped by the other day . Russ was making phone calls. Leo was out in the heat. These two are almost always doing something. Came in and Russ was working on the merchandise wall. Looks good .
