Mr. Richie is the absolute best. I seen him recently making sure the building is tidy both inside & out. He’s extremely quiet, not a bother at all, walks the building to make sure everyone is okay. I love that he’s quick about having a resolution for any issues small or big. Mr. Richie is absolutely sweet , great to get along with , easy to talk to, open to everyone, a great communicator and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better building manager.
