He found me the perfect unit in my price range literally in seconds walked me to it!
The units are spotless the walkways clean. Also, knowing that Richie does rounds checking on everything which adds to the safety of an already super safe environment.
I had hundreds of questions I even made calls and emails and he answered every one of them.
