I waited 50 min for someone to show up at the office (sign opening at 9:30). I had an online reservation for a 10x20. Called general number and was told they would reach out to the property manager. They called back to say they were unable to reach him but offered to complete the transaction on the phone. They were professional, took my payment and assigned my unit and gave me a gate code. In short, the site office and manager gets 1 of 10 while the the phone contact gets a 10.

This experience could not have been better! From the wonderful phone representative Erika to the ease of the process, to the cleanliness of the facility. Would highly recommend.

Great service good price

This is a great storage facility. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and they explained everything is detail. The entire site is very clean. My unit was spotless and ready for me.
