Love this place!!! Especially Randy. Pleasant personality, very accommodating and as for their system of moving in and out is awesome. the units are very well kept and clean. they went above and beyond to help. can't say enough about the whole experience.

Randy was very helpful in figuring out which unit was the best deal for me! Very kind staff and great prices compared to other storage units nearby. I will be back to use a unit again in the future!

The relationship I maintained with the manager at this location held me back from talking about how awful this place is. He’s gone now, so here’s the reality.

I have 5 parking spaces and 3 storage units in this facility for years now.

Every 2-3 months they raise the price on my rentals between 15%-30%

A 200 rental quickly becomes more than $500 a month

This is a common scam in southwest Florida I am very familiar with. As you might guess, the company has no desire to “work with” you on these increases, hiding behind corporate policy instead.

The goal of these predators is that trusting customers rent units, fill them, then cannot make the time or are geographically incapable of addressing these issues.

I’ve begun moving my business elsewhere and will continue to do so

Oh, and in 5 years the “security” gate is broken and left open 90% of the time 24 hours a day. Enjoy the premium service!
