Unit was broken into. Red Dot never contacted us after initial notification where they said they would. Since then 6 more units have been broken into in our row. Run, leave as fast as you can, don't ever rent from this inept company ever!

So the reply says to call and get help, expect this is the same general number that was rude and hung up on me in the past. I repeat, don't rent from them, run far away and find someone else

Jamie who helped was awesome, gave me the code to access unit via text as well as email and I had no issues what so ever.

Customer service was excellent browsing navigating through the website very simple pain very simple

We were robbed and all we received was an email saying a “supervisor” walked by and noticed my unit was empty while they continued to charge me for it. I’m a college student so I placed my items in storage for summer and I had to replace ALL of my items. The red dot employees were absolutely no help at all! I believe they did it!

A horrible place to rent from. Do not rent from red dot!!
