The kiosk was not working to take payment and the person on the phone was clueless.

Review:
Thing were good until my unit was robbed. Company doesn't care. Would not let me view the video. No local person to talk to only. Gates have been a huge problem for 2 months. The automatic gate has not been fixed and the pad lock gate is either open for weeks or closed with chain and combo lock that is never secured. THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD KNOWS THE CODE TO THE COMBO LOCK. So you will be robbed. They don't try to catch the thieves. Let's just say it will be an INSIDE JOB!!

There is no onsite personnel at this facility. Due to location, it can get sketchy after dark.
