DO Not Rent a unit here. RED DOT took the storage units over while it was a secure facility. The gate broke within a month and 5 months later, it still has not been repaired. I called each month and sent emails through the company website. Each rep told me something different but always, 'it will be fixed soon'. I never received any response from the emails. I was finally told on my last call that there is not an ETA on having the gate fixed nor does it really matter as that in their rental agreement they do not have to provide one. There is not a level of management to talk to as calls are not escalated, there is not a local rep at all, you only have the call center rep and there is nothing, absolutely nothing they can do. Which is a horrible customer service model. The only thing they do quickly is put a lock on your unit for late pay, as in 5 days late and it may be 2 or 3 days before someone can come unlock it.
