I dont Even want to put one star. I just Purchase a storage unit in Dec 2024. This my first time ever have to do it.
I won’t purchase another. I get Call from the company stating my storage unit lock has been cut. Someone broke into my unit just rob me blind.
I believe It was an inside job. Yea I have Insurance. the insurance goes up to $2000. My things are more than $2000 that was stolen from me.
Come to find out other people unit was broken into as well. They cameras is not position to were you can see good footage. This place is trash ?️. I wanna be compensated for the full amount that I lost. Honestly I really did not think about people break into storage unit. I’m so hurt that the reason why I got Storage someone broke into my house. Now my storage unit. The facts it have been multiple break in and they did not upgrade the security system. That is so careless for the people. Cheap price and you get what you pay for.

It's okay for the price, it's just my first time ever getting a storage unit and I didn't know that they don't clean out the unit before you get it. So we had to clean ours out. Other than that it's a 4 ⭐ for me.

My agent has all the questions that I need in a timely matter. I appreciate her business.

The Customer Service Representatives are some of the “BEST” people that I have spoken to. They were very courteous, helpful, kind, compassionate and just great people. I would like to say that when you hired, Chantel, Crystal , Denice and their co workers that I forgot their names ??but they were as excellent as the people I did mention, that was the right move for your company. Please keep up the good work ??
