Brandon is the best! He is so professional and always has a smile. Always calls me by my name without me having to remind him who I am. He worked with me to select the best option for me. So thankful.

First off, 5 stars for Brandon at this location who made this experience smooth and was more than accommodating. He is a great asset to this business and this location! He is the only reason I decided to commit to a unit.

Unfortunately, after researching and reserving a unit online per the specifications listed on the SROA website, I arrived to learn that this location in fact does not provide enclosed storage for vehicles. This contradicts the website, which even has language related to the specifications and door closure margin for a 2-door coupe. Extremely disappointed to have wasted time and money as a result of this deceptive practice.

Brandon was awesome. Professional and courteous in all aspects of the rental process.
