Had issues with code to enter gate but I called the 800 number and was given a temporary number to use for a week. So, my number should work after a week, we will see. The first unit was not acceptable as the ceiling was damaged. Called the 800 number also about that and was switched to another unit although could have given a discount or something for standing out in the rain and cold. But, perfect example of things happen and if you check the key pad or contract you will find a number for after hours.

Very easy to rent

First time to the facility and the gate was broken, so I was not able to get in or put anything in my unit. No one was there to assist and the person that's in charge of the location wasn't available. Currently still unable to get in as the gate is still inoperable.
