This is such an awesome location! My business will be securing more units at this location, due to the customer service and cleanliness of the facility. When I was shopping the local area for my business storage needs, I looked on Google and found that Storage Rentals of America has a location that immediately served all my needs. Then, I went to the location and met with the rep named Lisa. She was very friendly and helpful. I signed up for a unit that day and planned on at least getting 2-3 more units. Today I realized that I needed to make my payment so I would lnt incur a late fee. I called the facility I rent from and spoke to Angie. This lady treated me so kind and like Lisa, she was so easy to talk to and assist with my issue being able to pay online. She fixed the issue that I had so quickly. Her personality and professionalism spoke volumes to me. As a business I greatly appreciated their excellent customer service and attention to detail. If my company was larger, I would offer Angie and Lisa both jobs foy my business. They have what it takes to build a business and focus on customer retention. I will recommend this location to anyone I know needing storage.
