Lindsey was my agent & she helped me out a lot. She was perfect.

Won an auction for a storage unit at this facility. Paid almost $300 and drove 3 hours. When I arrived I noticed the door was damaged to the point it was hard to open, once I managed to get it open I found the unit to be completely empty. I was refunded partially, which is good. Customer service was helpful too. I just wanted to post this as a warning to other customers who might have won another auction.

Claude was very helpful. He made a very stressful situation so much easier! Red-dot storage is definitely the way to go.

Horrible customer service , I jave have to call 3 times within my first month of renting because there gate code that was provided does not work . And there contracted cust service agents are horrible. Absolutely worst exp ever will be looking for a new facility to move to.
