Review:

Online customer service was very friendly and helpful. Within minutes, I had a unit and was moving my items in. Location was easy to find, very neat, clean and secure. Great company to deal with. Would rent from them again in the future.

Review:

Price and facilities were fine at first, but over the last year the price kept increasing. Our bill is paid on time, but the monthly cost keeps going up. We've had this unit for about 2 years now and we go every month or two to get something out or put something in. Today (May 4, 2023) I discovered a dead mouse in a pan and it had started to decompose. The pans weren’t salvageable. As I cleaned up that mess, I found mold on multiple different items, some of which were baby items I was hoping to reuse. After a thorough cleaning, I was able to salvage the baby items, but I can’t help but wonder what other nastiness is in our unit. We are currently paying $75 a month for a small, moldy 4x6 unit with no pest control or climate control. We will be moving out of our unit ASAP.

Review:

My initial phone call contact it was very difficult to hear the person because there was so much background noise. She did not speak English very well. Not very helpful. She did not have my name correct nor was she able to take my email address down correctly. I had to call a second and third time to get those corrected.
