Filthy! It’s secure, but their customer service is awful. They didn’t listen when I asked to book a climate controlled, I arrived after hours and had no choice but to store. Then they said it was my fault. There’s many dead rodents and bugs everywhere. Avoid if you can.

The door to the storage unit came off of the track a month ago. They still have not fixed it. We have not been able to.get in the unit to get my purse, my medicine, any cothing, car keys.They have refused to meet us at the building only when it is convenient for them. Now they have evicted us from the building and we have until May 15th to get our stuff out and we can't get the door open to get it out. Now very pleasant people. They will not try to work with us
