Simple setup, convenient location, secure. No qualms

Every interaction I’ve had with this company has been bad. First, I bought a lock from them at their kiosk. A few weeks later the lock wouldn’t open. Key went in but it wouldn’t turn. Late spring so weather wasn’t a factor. They wanted to charge me $25 to have someone come out and cut the lock off that I bought from them. I called a friend who did it for free, went to Home Depot and bought a decent lock.

A few months later they raised my rent from $67 to $80 for a 5x10 unit.

A few more months and I put in my move out notice. They of course sent me a bill for the month AFTER I moved out. Now they’re sending me threatening emails that they’ve locked my unit and added a $10 late fee. Mind you I moved out 3 weeks ago. I’m glad I took a picture of the unit when I moved out because I’m pretty sure they’re going to try to say I left it dirty or something.

These people are either shady or incompetent. Maybe both. Either way I would steer clear.

The lady I talked to made it very easy. And I really liked how clean it was around there.
