On site manager is great. Very helpful. 5 star. Which is all that really matters. The company is 3 star. Make sure you’re never late with a payment. They will raise your rate twice a year until you leave.

Jeff Cook, the Property Manager, is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The storage unit facility is kept clean, and in spite of the long, empty halls, I always felt safe going to my unit. When I accidentally did not lock my storage unit properly, Mr. Cook notified me right away. I used the storage unit for my property for years. If I needed to store items again, I would use the same facility. Thank you, Mr. Cook!
