At first I had a pretty trying time here, up until the Property owner or he might have been the Property Supervisor called me. Just his compassion and the kindness in his voice from the time I answered made everything that originally had me upset go away. I really want to thank you so much for calling and checking on me, for being nice, and understanding and making me feel heard. You definitely changed my perception on the company. Now I'm ??. I would definitely recommend this Storage facility!!

I spoke to Wes today,rented a unit. Wes did everything he could do to make this affordable,and he has a great sense of humor

It's not really a 24/7 thing unless you already have rented the unit. If you try to do it online, everything is smooth sailing up to processing your payment and you received a code to enter the building in your email and your unit number. You get to your storage unit and it has a lock on it and don't you dare call the. Number they tell you to call if you need the lock code for (immediate access after hours) you will hear from an extremely rude woman who pretty much tells you to 'eff off' and then hangs up on you. I'm extremely upset because I used the last of my money and my fiance's money to get another unit through them because we ran out of room in our other one. Needless to say, we will be transferring out of this one and these people can then 'eff off'

The 1800 number customer service needs some better workers but the people at the facility are great.
Website hardly works right. You can't make a payment over the phone it can never find your account.
