my belongings were stolen from outside my old unit i had forgotten three bags two of them had jewelry in them they were settling by the trash with everything still in them my bag of shoes were taken by the new tenant Stephanie the property manager went above and beyond to get my things returned she is awesome and I thank her for that i will continue to keep my new unit here

Stephanie provided me with outstanding service and I hope to be a long-time customer. The Sandusky location is very convenient since I’m a resident of the Ohio Veterans Home. They have no storage for residents and think I’ll always have some type of storage needed. Thank you!
