I had a great experience using Storage Rentals of America. They were extremely friendly, easy to work with, and affordable! I’ve had storage units at different facilities and they were not nearly as professional or helpful!

The property I needed was available and my rental started when I wanted it. I was charged 2 additional months of coverage even after I told the associate I would need the space for 2 weeks. I am still waiting for a refund because the district manager has to approve the refund.

I get the first unit. The door is locked and is already occupied. I get the second unit that costed more and was 3 doors down. The door wasn’t in its tracks and would not open for anything. Unable to even lock the unit. I have my things in the unit risking possible theft. Due to time restrictions I had no choice but to put my items In there. I couldn’t get anyone to fix the units door on a Saturday or Sunday. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and I don’t understand how they’re gonna charge me 157$ and the door isn’t even able to be locked and hardly able to be opened. I don’t recommend.
