I called to get some information about a unit for my mom a couple of different times and spoke to a girl named Melissa each time. She had no knowledge about the units. She couldn’t give me the information I needed. She kept wanting me to call back and talk to someone else who could be useful.
I don’t know what has happened with the people they are hiring now. But I should haven’t to call back to get the information I need. Needles to say we took our business else where.
