Originally gave a 1 star review, have amended my review because the owners were very prompt and curtious in responding to my issue. Their customer service was amazing and should be followed as an example by any business.

When I called she was very accomadating! Patient and found just what I needed And the location too.

I will preface with that I had no issues with them until now. Before this, I would have given them 5 stars because they were pretty good. I had a question that took several emails to get answered about rent increase. I was told that something was sent in the mail, which it could have been but I did not get it, hints why I was asking. I get that rent increases happen and I get that sometimes mail gets lost or mixed up, that’s not my issue. My issue was the attitude I was met with for asking. He was extremely rude and he didn’t have time for my questions. I spoke with the owner after and she was nice but this guy was just really rude.

I called the Demote office, to inquire about rates. I was very happy with the knowledge and courtesy ?.

Great customer service units are very clean as well
