VERY good service from the staff. I have two units now, one of which 18 years. One of your personell,Cathy, was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Paid for rental of #132 went to put things it today (10-21-2024) put in passcode gate would not open so I called Angie (manager) she did not answer and tried to leave a message but it was not set up on her phone yet finally after half hour she called said gate was open about hour later I returned to put my stuff in storage unit but there was somebody's lock on it I have not put anything in it yet and couldn't understand what the was going on so I went to office and heard her in there talking but she would not come to the door so I ponded on it and by now I was getting very angry with the whole situation she finally came to the door and was very rude with me then said have a good day I'm so disappointed with this experience.
