Storage Rentals of America

People are breaking into the units. I guess is been a problem. But the company dont even send tell you to go see if your stuff are in there. Something weird with the system that says your unit is been vacant.

They have great customer service and reasonable rates..I recommend storage rentals to anyone who needs a place to store your belongings

Items stolen from unit and refusal from company to handle appropriately. Paid for insurance thru Sroa on unit which was a waste as they refused claim. Employee called me and told me unit was found open and wanted me to come out. I was at work and couldn’t go that day but set a meeting for the following day. Next day property manager called and said it wasn’t my unit that was found open and no need to come. Stupid on my part to not go immediately. Upon purchasing a house went with uhaul to move a 5 bedroom house out of the unit and realize about half way thru we are missing multiple items. Called, told to make a police report which I did, didn’t take pictures as there was no apparent forced entry and we had already loaded a large portion of unit onto truck unit had a normal storm door not a garage door that could only be opened with the key that Sroa provided. While making the police report the police officer told me they have had many issues with this property and they believed it was an inside job as well.

Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from them!!!!
