My code wasn't working .I called their office and the lady was really rude and she didn't want me to give me a new code ether to me or my wife. We have been here for like a year and we haven't have not a problem like today. We kept trying to get a code to access the gate and they kept hanging up the phone. Definitely this will be our last month here it is just ridiculous how they don't take care of their costumers. It is not like we are there for free we actually paying 156 every month.

The process of signing up for a space was very easy. The office is not close to the unit I wanted to rent, but it was reasonable to bring proof of insurance and registration to verify mutual protection. The challenge came when I was trying to put the camper in the facility. It was in the evening and the code I was given did not work. There is not a 24/7 number to reach someone to help in this type of situation. I had to turn my trailer around in a very small space and return home with it. I will be looking around for a new company to work with.

Last time I went, the place looked trashed. They recently increased their prices, so it looks like people have cleared out. Some units had their garage style doors ripped apart. There are few employees who even care about their customers, the rest will sit in the office and watch you struggle with the gate ? this place has honestly been nothing but issues and indirect communication since I started with them. I'm biting the bullet until I can get out from under their scheme, looks like others have already wised up and left. Sad, but I don't have any trust in this company. Would not recommend.
