I would not recommend this place for nobody gates are always broken cameras are not working people live in the units and red dot does nothing about it. Keep looking.

So I'm giving Red Dot 5 stars. But we purchased a locker, arrived and it was empty! The previous owners cut off the lock and emptied the locker. I was not happy! Red dot immediately apologized and refunded our money. Still waiting for the refund from Storage Auctions .com. hopefully soon as it was a significant amount. Great service by the rep on the phone and the young lady that helped us at Red Dot #47.
