Secure storage terrible customer service.

Bought a auction storage unit from this place. Always have a good process when dealing with Red Dot Storage .

Reserved a storage unit, have been in contact with their customer service for three days in a row now. The gate code won’t work. Their temporary codes don’t work. The facility manager hasn’t called back. I appreciate the kiosk automation but they need some real customer service. I want my money back. It’s ridiculous. The facility manager should call me.

It an OK place for storage! The grounds arent kept up, like the previous owners did. My rent also has continued to rise for no good reason. So yeah. Good luck if you need immediate assistance. Cause there's never anyone there.
