Struggled to find the unit as the numbers don't match.. hope I ended up in the right unit

The ladies at the 800 number, I assume customer service, were terrific. I reserved a unit, called and got it started a few days later. Upon reaching the buildings it appeared that my assigned unit was already assigned to someone else. The unit next to it was empty yet again it was belonging to another person. They then told me to go to another unit in the same building and that had a green tag on it. They told me that means it available. They assigned that one to me after trying to get ahold of another area that would have solidified the rental agreement. However they were extremely busy and after waiting for 20 minutes (Approx.) the attendant created an escalation ticket so that the property manager would call me the next day and could notified of the occurrence and of the new rental unit that was assigned to me. (I did verify with the attendant on the phone that it was the same size unit and price as my reservation. She confirmed that it was.
The next I get a call from the property manager who tries to tell me that I would have to pay more for that unit. I said no maam I confirmed that already with your corporate office. She said that it depends on the location of the unit. I replied to her that is rented on size not location. I had told her again, I reserved and rented a 10 x 20 for $125. She again said but its a different one. How is it different? Because they assigned me one that was already taken and now they say to move to that one I have to pay more? I was already 2 truck loads into moving in, they knew I wouldn't move. But I told them I authorized $125 from my account and no more and if they pull more I will see them in court. Not a good property manager at all. You would have gotten 5 stars if not for her.

Alicia was amazing. She was competent, friendly, and kind. You are lucky to have her.
