My gate code does not work. It said denied code unknown. Called red dot and wasn't able to resolve the issue. I just rented 5 days ago and first time going to the storage area and my gate code you gave me does not work.

If you want a 50/50 chance of being able to access your unit then go here their gate is always broken and they don’t have anyone to let you in or do anything about it

My husband rented a unit online, sight unseen, and everything was seamless. Our only complaint is that our gate code wasn't active immediately, which wasn't communicated at any time during the rental process. When we arrived at the facility, we had to call and get a temporary code to get in. The rep told us it could take up to 24 hours before ours would be active. You should probably let people know that when they're signing up!
