I had my stuff in this facility over 6 years decided few days ago, too get stuff out of my unit, I had too pay for a set of New keys cause I lost them, so long story here is I went too my storage unit could not find it no numbers out there on units too find it in the first place! Then this worker name of Jaime that I spoken too couple days before I came, said too me I will be there too cut my lock which j payed for there in office! Then after I payed in office the lady that worked in office was acting strange took forever too give me my new lock: but did not give me a new lock only 3 keys that was it! So I looked at her and she said Jaime took care of it for you, all you do is go too your unit now' so I did, and was ever so long too find my unit no numbers too help there. I called numerous times asking for assistance too come help me find my unit ! No help from calling they gave me run around and told me Jaime is not awsering her phone' and she is maybe on lunch' I waited over 2 hours ! Inside in property no body did not come out too show me, they said too busy! So long story after I called the 2 hours last time was frustrated and tired out in sun trying too find my unit, I called one last time, and told them if I don't get Jaime here in 15 mins I'm calling either ambulance of me possiblity he having heat exhaustion of waiting so long for help' and no sign of Jaime showing me were my unit is ! No show! So she finally showed after I said all this will call 911! And she came in 10 mins with attitude ! And said here ok is he unit and shouted out at me! Reasons I don't no why? I did not do anything but ask for help remind you, so goes on,now' after she left, I opened up my unit I found half of all my stuff missing only valued things ! I did let police know of everything that day on Aug 23 on Friday 2024' it's in investigation as of now'and note I'm in another state payed my storage for 6 years also*when I came workers seemed surprised I came too claim my unit! Well yeah now I'm broken down after finding all my things we're gone half off' and all who works there at this facility is acting strange and ignoring me hang ups not too mention once and last of least! Be awareof this please' I'm not happy I will never trust America's storage again, new post Oct 29 at 455pm, it's known a suspicious character came by my home that day and time, and took a picture of my car and plate as, I will now forward all this too the authority more that will bring up in my court perceedings,of now stalking and harassment of phone call of this worker name Jaime also got on my business advertising as well as she nos' the man on oct 29 was in a white silverado 2006 Chevy truck, had a beard , pictures and videos are in demand and processed for evidence against this worker Jaime, is well reserved.is reported in with the authority.
