Very helpful simplified everything

The property manager was caught red-handed stealing and lying about auctioning off belongings. Despite irrefutable evidence—including video footage, documentation, and witness statements—she continues to deny any wrongdoing. I initially attempted to resolve the matter quietly by reaching out to management, requesting the return of my late spouse’s remains and other belongings. While she did return the ashes, the jewelry was not returned, and she claimed the new owners never found it. However, the ashes were inside a sealed box, which raises questions about her claims.

Additionally, I noticed a square garbage box, which was actually a file box that the manager had previously claimed was sold at auction. She stated the new owner of the storage unit was responsible, yet the circumstances suggest otherwise. Since she has chosen to maintain her lie, I was left with no choice but to escalate the matter.
