Well the price was right but I needed a bigger unit and access after hours because I work 2 full time jobs and I couldn't move my stuff into my unit during business day so I asked for a refund or to switch to a different property they managed from the same office and was told I would have to wait 6-8weeks get a refund and then she offers a 2nd unit at the facility I rented the first and said it would be cheeper and told me she would make it so I could access my unit after hours . But I have had my units now for 3 days and I still can't get into the facility to store my belongings I'm relly pissed bur I can't talk to anyone cause there never in the office when I'm off work it's very frustrating the lady's in the office were relly nice the time I did get to speak with them but again it's very frustrating to just waste money and not have a storage unit I can access.
