The direct number they give you is never a direct number, it’s to a corporate office in Florida and then THEY have to get ahold of someone on the property (even though they have an office on site??) Had the worst experience trying to get ahold of someone. They put an auction fee on my unit yet gave me the opportunity to pay up on my unit, and still charge me the auction fee even though none of my belongings were sent to auction. I asked if they could take that fee off and they said no. They took the second person off of my unit with no notification to me, they also allowed said person to take their payment off record without notification to me. company couldn’t care less about you as a person or trying to work with you. Will never be using them again. Loved it when it was Platts storage, not whatever company this is that took them over.

The rental process was super easy and the ladies in the office where awesome! Not to mention they have the best prices around.
