Storage Rentals of America

So stupid! Rented a unit online last night. Few hours later I went to go check out The facility and put my lock on my unit.Maybe drop off a couple of bins. I could not get through the gate ,code wasn't working. Try again the next morning.Same thing, although this time there was a another person from Minnesota trying to do the same thing. Calling red dot and trying to explain to them turns out.I think they sold that particular storage area to a different place and everything was screwed up. So I was Never even able to get in to.Get to my unit , but they did give me my money back right away.

Easy to rent a unit and it was affordable, but the building was disgusting. We rented a temperature controlled unit, but it smelled of mildew from the moment I walked in the building. I was constantly dodging spiderwebs in the hallways. One time I saw a dead mouse lying in the hallway outside someone else's unit. We kept our things there less than a month and moved to a storage facility that is clean and genuinely temperature controlled.

Linsay was awesome. Her attitude is top notch, worthly of a rai$e & not just a taller chair.
