Christina is the best representation of this company. She took care of me and even when I showed up at closing time she still assisted me. That’s what I call amazing customer service and greatness as a company representative

Absolutely unacceptable/ unbelievable how this company handles their business. I called on the phone and asked them how to cancel my storage unit and after receiving the information I did exactly as they said. I then preceded to get charged for the next months rent and have a pending charge due for the end of this month even though my services with them are “terminated”. I was told the property manager would reach out to me and I’ve been waiting on a call for a week now. I was able to talk to someone who is at that location and all they could tell me was that I couldn’t be refunded because “ I told them too late” which is absolutely not true and very telling of their business model. Rent here at your own risk and know you won’t be able to leave until it’s convenient for them.

Terrible since SROA took over. They raised my rent $20. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. It's not worth the money.
