I have been with Storage Mart for over 22+ years and when I had an issue with my rent being continuously increased I physically went in to the Hales Corners office to see what could be done. Well, I spoke with Christina and we went thru my rental history, discussed options and came up with a reasonable solution for both parties. I thought that this was going to be a fight and a headache that would last until next week. I truly appreciate and value the professionalism, patience and the 100% positive effort that Christina put forth . I highly recommend that this employee is one NOT to loose. Christina is an asset to STORAGE MART AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH! HOPEFULLY HER SUPERIORS REALIZE WHAT THEY HAVE AND GIVE HER A RAISE JUST LIKE AND AS OFTEN AS THEY GIVE THEIR RENTERS!
