I’ve asked three times for the insurance waiver. Still not received it

The lady I spoke with said as fantastic, polite, friendly and patient.

Great storage facility

I've had an extremely unpleasant experience with this storage company, which I believe is among the worst I've encountered. Their fees continually increase, and if you don't have renters insurance for the locker, they'll require you to use their insurance. Furthermore, they cut locks and over-lock if you're five days overdue without warning or notification, and the security and safety at the facility are subpar. Communication with them is a hassle as well, as you have to jump through hoops to get someone to talk to you.

Additionally, this is the third or fourth company to take over this location in just two years. It took me over six months to obtain a copy of the contract, and that was only after I stopped paying rent for several months to get their attention. Once I was finally able to speak to someone, I paid everything in full and was good to go, though I don't know why I had to go through all of that just to get a copy of the contract.

Overall, this situation is absurd, and this company is lacking leadership.
