Have never had a problem. When I call with questions they answer my questions

I cannot give you any star due to the fact that I have been charged for a rental unit that I have called and cancelled on the same day I rented the unit. My bank statement shows that your company took funds out that they were not supposed to. I have called several time to speak with someone about this and keep on getting excuses but never a solution. Last time I spoke to someone they said a district supervisor would be calling me. I have not received any call back. I am beginning to really feel this company is dishonest and fraudulent.

Moving in was easy ... Unit was exceptionally clean and nice
