Teresa was terrific! I came in to the office with my camper in tow and I had already given most my information online so i really didn't have to be there long. I forgot how much money was in my account though and had to do a double payment kind of thing cuz Im stowing for 6 months and she juggled it all perfectly with 50% off first 3 months, who could complain.

It greatly depends on who you talk to. If you can get the actual on site manager/personnel it will be wonderful. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. If you should be transferred to the corporate call center, good luck. Not much different from a government agency, one size fits some.
