Amber was super helpful, cheerful and over all great attitude. Took the time to show me the unit before renting and was excellent at explaining everything.

I highly recommend this location to everyone. Not only is it well kept but Amber is the friendliest person that I have dealt with and very understanding. 10 out of 10 I would pick again

I understand new owners raised rent but I don’t understand for paying for a gate that is broken left open! Then the gate was closed my account was paid in full and my password didn’t work or the temporary password didn’t work!!! That’s what I pay for… if we are late we have to pay extra,;; if there security gate is broken they should pay us since they broke the contract of a gated community

Amber was very polite and professional when helping my friend sign up for her unit. She explained everything and even showed us where the unit would be located.

SROA bought the company with which I had a unit. I have found them to be horribly difficult. They raised prices, re-sent requests for forms that had already been signed and sent repeatedly, sent a lien which was supposedly just an example (?!), charged for insurance multiple times after I declined their insurance and emailed info from my personal agent as requested, never refunded overpayment, and somehow stopped my auto-payment and then charged me a late fee. I couldn’t re-set the auto-pay until I paid their fee. And they are not available except for limited hours and you pay extra to talk to a human. When you do talk to one, half the time they are rude. I will be moving my stuff as soon as I can.
