This place was purchased 3 months ago by a SROA and they have only off site management services all run through a call center with terrible customer service. Whatever it gives you on the website isn't what you will get when you arrive. The reply I received was 'well we just purchased it 3 months ago so it may not have the features advertised online'. Despite having signed and paid for it, they still said nothing they can do but a refund. So until they get on the ground people, I would avoid Whatever is going on with this place. It's just messed up.

My first here in Dekalb Illinois and red dot was a good experience! Was convenient. Get it all on line which was easy and fast.
