Great experience so far! Very easy to reserve a unit online and also the option to pay online within your account makes this ideal. I needed to purchase a lock at the vending machine but it was broken. Luckily there’s a Menards close by that sells them cheaper. The unit was clean though and the property is also clean. I’ve never seen the gate closed so I’m not sure how secure the property is with it always wide open to everyone. All in all it’s affordable, clean, and close. Exactly what I was looking for!

I don’t like that the gates aren’t always properly on lines and working so that the facility is locked down right and able to be accessed by owners only. And the doors are tripped with duck tape which lead to the inside units

When I made my reservation there was a promotion for 50 percent off the first month which is the reason I chose a larger unit. I was charged full price when I signed up. I called on move in day and was told I would be credited. I was Not credited a dime!!!

Raised their rates big time after the 6 month promo period. My 5x10 until went from $86 to $100. Not a very good value for such a small space.
