Review:

Everything was fine before Storage Rentals of America took over. I've been on auto billing since before SRO purchased the property from RedDot storage and never had a single issue. Unfortunately, after SRO started managing this place in June of 2024, my credit card has been over billed at least 4 times, and I've had to call and spend time on the phone getting my account credited! And to top that off, I just received a letter stating my bill is increasing over 25%. I don't understand... do they not care and want customers to leave? I'm seriously disappointed... ?
