Would give it zero stars if I could at this point!! Same as other reviews below- pulled up to facility with a full load and rented a unit at the on site kiosk. Monthly unit is about $200 once everything is totaled. Got my access code and entered it…ONLY FOR IT TO NOT WORK! Charged my card right away though.
Here it is 8pm at night. No one on site. 800 number is closed. Definitely will be calling in the morning! Not a great experience at all!
It’s been a week and my gate code does not work. I called two days after I setup my account and the rep told me that my code was not going to be active for up to 72 hours. Yet I was charged 3 seconds after I clicked to purchase. I gave it time and came back a week later and my code still does not work. I called but customer service was closed. I texted the number to assist with a code not working and got a reply saying my phone number was not recognized with any account. Yet I have still been charged.
