I could not understand the person I was talking to. They lacked information about the sizes of the units and location of the units.

I purchase storage auctions through a third party website. My experience with red dot storage was phenomenal. The initial customer support agents I dealt with were kind and professional.

The auction department were transparent about sales and professional. Joel deserves a raise. Jerry/Gerry was great to work with as well.

Please red dot, add the auction department to your automated tone system! Sometimes the CSA were wrong about when the auction department were available and it takes about 10 minutes to finally patch into the auction department. Having a direct line will speed up transactions and time sensitive questions.
