I had a unit here since feb 2022...had issues getting access as the gate code never worked...they kept increasing prices and multiple times we tried to move out and each time we couldn't access our unit and nobody was ever on site we would call and the they would give us codes that agin never worked...as we were going thru displacement..we could no longer afford the increased prices and we couldn't gain access we became late on payment so now we were locked out....the amount just got larger that we owed...when we got better on our feet we owed so much we couldn't afford to pay the behind payment and fees...this unit had things my dead mother had given me heirlooms ect I was devastated....they got new owners who just wanted the money owed (new owners weren't the ones blocking our access they just bought a company i owed money to) well longer story short lol a friend let me know they use locker fox to auction their units and I was able to buy my unit back for 30 bucks....sorry for the low rating on a situation you couldn't really control had it been the original company they would've gotten 1 stared. After the original company blocked me for 7 months we had paid from getting my stuff this was such a win... we did make sure to clean up the unit as it wasn't the new companies fault and we did feel a lil bad that they lost money. The new owners do seem much better and customer service.
