the paperwork wasn't right that was sent to me. they tried to get me to sign a lease when i had only bought a unit at auction and only needed the 3 days to clean it out. hinkey

I did try to deal with this company online, however, the person dealing with me was slow to respond and so slow to respond that I got out of the chat and made the phone call to find the answers I needed. The agent that I dealt with was very easy to talk to and find out what I needed to know before I created an account and rented a unit. The process of renting a unit was extremely easy to do and all the ins and outs to what I needed to know with the lease was extremely easy to understand. Now just to buy my own lock

Very UNORGANIZED !! Says it’s an AMERICAN COMPANY, but I keep getting foreign representatives with very thick accents - so hard to understand . No instructions about entering the codes - had to figure out how on my own ? the code I was given didn’t work -
Had to call AGAIN to get a new unit ….. and much more ?

Rented a 10 x 15 indoor unit two years ago at $94 a month. My monthly bill has raised to $123 a month today. That’s a 30% increase over a 2 year period. I believe this is taking advantage of the customers, knowing that it’s quite a chore to move whole rooms of furniture and stuff to a different facility not to mention the cost snd labor involved. I believe this excessive monthly increase to be price gouging and people should be aware of this type of practice before they decide to rent a storage unit from them!

Someone keeps cutting the fence by my unit & it's creepy. I tried fixing it with zip ties & they cut them too!
