Once upon a time they would work with you to resolve issues. It hasn't been that way for a couple years though. Now they'll continue raising the rent until you become stuck, unable to pay or leave, at which point they'll auction off your things for forty bucks. Then they'll rent the now empty unit at 1/3 the price, because that's what the actual rate is and have the gall to demand you pay the back rent plus penalties.

This is what you get when you get greedy after automating everything and outsourcing your customer service to another country in an attempt to duck your responsibilities to your customers. I smell a class action lawsuit in their future.

When I went to rent and I called saying there was a lock on it. Your customer service did not tell me there were 2 red dots and it was like 3 days of hassle to find our shed. And it is really stressful.àgravating
