At the location in Cape Girardeau, Missouri there are a number of issues. Primarily, there are, and have been, a number of people living in the units. In the spring of 2024, under the previous owner, (Red Dot) 4 units caught fire and burned. You can see them from the gate...they are still burned out. These burned out units were a few of many units with people living in them...even AFTER Red Dot management had been notified.
All of the cameras are broken and are hanging in pieces on the storage units. Some lights do not work throughout the facility.
In speaking with the new property manager it was stated that the repairs would be coming and new cameras would be installed....a few months later, nothing and there are still a number of people living in the storage units and possibly one of the campers parked there.
Communication with the corporate office is sketchy. Seems most are work from home folks...I had one tell me she had to go because she was worried about her daughter having a stressful event in the background...
Anyway, that's my take. It has a fence and you have to have a code to get in but somehow it is being bypassed or one person is selling their code to other folks.

Simple process to get a unit and the staff is very friendly.
